Import a production order from a 3rd party platform

In this article, you will learn how to import a production order from a 3rd party.

Why you will need this:

Import a production order from a third party allows you to move out some products from a location to use them to produce a new “manufactured” product and move it in a new location.

What you will need:

Integrate a 3rd party platform to your SwiftCount account.
Once you have created your production order in your 3rd party platform, go to SwiftCount to import it.

Step 1: Go to the « Production » section

Select the “Settings” module on the left banner.
Click the “Production” icon

Step 2: Import the production order

Click the “Import” button

Select “Import new production orders” if you want to import all the new production orders or “Import specific production order” if you want to import only one specific production order.
Enter the production order number if you want to import only one production order
Click “Sync”
