Do a mass movement out

In this article, you will learn how to do a mass movement out.

Why you will need this:

If you need to move various product quantities out (e.g. products are damaged and can’t be sold/shipped…)

What you will need:

Assign products to locations (if you have multiple locations). Click here to learn how to assign products to a location

Step 1: Select the location you want to move all the products out from

Go to the “Locations” Module
Locate the location you want to move all the products out from
Click on the “Mass OUT” icon button

Step 2: Add a description to the movement out

Add a description to identify the reason why you are doing this movement (optional)
If you want to plan the movement for later, click “Pending transfer”
Additional Options:

Click the “Tag button” to add a tag to your product (tag = identifier).

To do de the movement now, click “Create”

Click “Yes”

Step 3: Select the products and quantities you want to move out

To add quantities of products, use “Edit Qty”, “+” and “-” icon to enter the quantity you want to move out
By clicking on the “Trash” icon, you will erase the products quantities you had selected.
Click “Process Mass Out”

Click “Yes” to confirm
