In this article, you will learn how to do a mass movement in.

Why you will need this:

If you need to add various product quantities (e.g. you just received a new order and haven’t used the “purchase order” module).

What you will need:

Assign products locations (if you have multiple locations). Click here to learn how to assign products to a location

Step1: Select the location you want to move all the products in

Go to the “Locations” Module
Locate the location you want to move all the products in
Click on the “Mass IN” icon button

h2. Step 2: Add a description to the movement

Add a description to identify the reason why you are doing this movement (optional)
If you want to plan the movement for later, click “Pending transfer”
Additional Options:

Click the “Tag button” to add a tag to your product (tag = identifier).

To move your products now, click “Create”

Click “Yes”

h2. Step 3: Select the products and quantities you want to move in

To add quantities of products, use “Edit Qty”, “+” and “-” icon to enter the quantity you want to transfer
By clicking on the “Trash” icon, you will erase the products quantities you had selected.
Click “Process Mass In”

Click “Yes” to confirm
