Create reports based on locations

In this article, you will learn how to create a report based on locations.

If you want a report with list of product with on-hand quantity per location.

Add/Import locations. Click here to learn how to add/import locations
Assign products to a location. Click here to learn how to assign products to a location
Move products quantity in and out. Click here to learn how to make a movement
Transfer a product to another location. Click here to learn how to transfer a product to another location

Step 1: Go to the locations module

Go to the “Locations” module on the left banner
Click on the “Reports” button

Step 2: Export the Location – Items detail report

Click on “Locations-Items detail report”

On this report, you will see your on hand quantity per product in each location.

Step 3: Export the Items – Locations detail report

Click on “Items-Location detail report”

On this report, you will see your on hand quantity per location for each product.

Step 4: Export the Locations – Item Summary report

Click on “Locations-Item summary report”

On this report, you will see the number of items and on-hand quantity you have in each location.
