To create/import sales orders, you have two (2) different options:

Option #1: Create a new sales order manually

Sales orders are not created from a 3rd party platform and you want to create one sales order at a time.

Option #2: Import sales orders from a 3rd party platform

Your SwiftCount account is connected to a 3rd party platform and you want to import all the new sales orders or a specific one.
