Create/Import categories manually

In this article, you will learn how to create/import categories manually to your SwiftCount account.

Why you will need this:

Group products into categories so that they can be found, counted or analyzed easily.
You only have 1 or very few categories to create.

What you will need:

Add/Import products.
h2. Step 1: Create a category

Go to “Settings” module on the left banner.
Click “Categories”
Click “New category”

Step 2: Fill out the category details

Specify the name of the category
Click “Create and Close” if you have added all your categories or “Create and New” if you want to continue adding categories

Additional Options:

Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your category (a Tag is a way to group your categories with an additional identifier)

You can also create a new category when creating a new product.
