Count Audit: see what has already been counted

In this article, you will learn how to use the Count Audit feature.

Why you will need this:

While you are counting, sometimes you will need to check what has already been counted.

This is a good way also to verify if you didn’t make a mistake (quantity or location) before hitting “complete count”

What you will need:

The SwiftCount App (Download on the App Store or Google Play store)
Count with the app.

Step 1: Go to Swift Audit

On the count screen, swipe down. All items that have been counted will show.

Click “All”, at the bottom of the screen, to change the filter to your products only, or the products counted by others.

Select the filter you want

Step 2: Overwrite a quantity or a location of a product already counted

Tap on the row of the product you want to overwrite
Change the quantity or the location
Validate by tapping the “Check” icon
