Connect SwiftCount to Spire

In this article, you will learn how to integrate your SwiftCount account to Spire.

Why you will need this:

Integrating SwiftCount to Spire will keep both your accounts in sync.

What you will need:

A SwiftCount account.

Step 1: Go to integration

Click on the “Integrations” icon at the top

Step 2: Select Spire

Go to “Accounting Package”
Click on “Spire”

Step 3: Connect your SwiftCount account to Spire

Click “Connect”

Enter all your information (done by our technical support team)
Click “Connect”

Click “Next”

Select what you want to import:
All products
Products with on hand greater than 0 (recommended if you have more than 5,000 products to avoid products import that you will never use)
Check “Import products”
Click “Next”

Select the places you want to import
Click “Next”

Check “Export movements”
Click “Next”

Check “Export counts”
Click “Next”

Check “Import orders”
Check “Export orders”
Click “Next”

Check “Import sales”
Check “Export sales”
Check “Update reference number when picking and processing”
Click “Next”

Click “Finish” to sync data between Spire and SwiftCount

Click “Close”

Once done, you will have all the products from Spire in SwiftCount. You can now upload product images.
