In this article, you will learn how to connect SwiftCount to your Shopify store.
Why you will need this:
Integrating SwiftCount to Shopify will keep your both platforms in sync for every products, purchase orders, sales orders, movements… so you can manage your inventory in SwiftCount and keep your e-commerce inventory up to date.
What you will need:
A SwiftCount account.
Step 1: Connect to Shopify
Click the “Integration” icon on the header
Click on E-commerce package
Select “Shopify”
Click “Connect”
Type your store’s URL
Click “Connect” again

Your store’s name should appear after “Connected to”
Click “Next”
Select a location. Some stores have more than one location, please select only one.
Click “Next”

Check “Import products”, “Import categories”, “Import images” and “Export products”
Select “Manual” if you want to export products manually (meaning that you can update a product in SwiftCOUNT and it will update Shopify only if you tell it to).
Check “Export Movements”
Click “Next”
Check “Export counts”
Swiftcount has a very powerful count tool. You can schedule counts for your store and when you are done you can push those results to Shopify and update your store with the latest quantity information.
Click “Next”
Select the export frequency : this lets SwiftCount know how often it should synchronize with Shopify. Click on finish after you set up the frequency option.
Click “Finish”
After the integration is complete you will see this information window. It tells you the following:
Inserted: New products inserted in SwiftCOUNT
Updated: Existing products in SwiftCOUNT to which a modification was made in Shopify
Failed: Products that failed in their process of getting into SwiftCOUNT
Data sent: Products created in SwiftCOUNT and as consequence pushed to Shopify
