In this article you will learn how to close a wave pick from the mobile device.
Why you will need this:
Once a mobile user has completed picking all the products in the sales wave pick, he can indicate there are no more products to be picked. This is specially important if not all the products in the wave are picked or if the wave pick is picked by more than one user. Each user can then indicate he is done with his corresponding part.
Completing a wave pick:
Once you have fully picked all the items on the wave or you have picked as many items as were available in the warehouse, you can indicate that you have completed the pick on the sales wave.
Completing a wave pick does not process it. It simply indicates that you, as the user, has completed the pick.
To complete a wave pick:
1- Pick all the items that you were supposed to pick. To do this, refer to “Picking Products on a Mobile Device”.
2- From the Wave Pick Details – screen, you will find the Complete Wave Pick – button.
Wave Pick Details screen – Completing Wave Pick 3- Tap on Complete Wave Pick – button. Tap YES on the confirmation pop up:
Confirmation of wave pick completion 4- A notification will be send to the web portal indicating that you, the mobile user, has completed picking on that wave pick. It will also indicate that you have completed picking on that wave pick regardless of the percentage of the wave pick you picked:
5- The wave pick is no longer listed as Active on the mobile device but marked as Completed:
Even though the wave pick has been marked as completed on your mobile device, you can still select it and pick more products if you desire to do so.
