In this article, you will learn how to check overall product reports.

You might want to check your on hand inventory details, products status, unprocessed products…
What you will need:

Create a product. Click here to learn how to add/import a product

Step 1: Check to Product Overview Module

Go to the “Product” module on the left banner
On this page, you will see all your products created and their information.
The part number: your internal identifier for the item. Its purpose is to reference and keep track of that item internally.
The description: product description
On hand: your current on-hand quantity
Available: your available on-hand quantity (Some products might have been selected to fulfill an order but not shipped yet)
UOM: the unit of measure in which the product is represented
Status:

  • Active status means that the product is available to order, transfer and ship (should their be any available quantities)
  • Inactive status means that it isn’t part of your range of products anymore (Equivalent to deleted)/
  • On-Hold means the product is still part of your range of products but momentarily unavailable to action at the moment.
    Category: the group of products your product is part of.
    Cost: buying cost per product
    Today’s movements: movements in/out or transfer done during the day

Step 2: Download Status summary report

Click the “Report” button and then “Status summary report”

In this report, you will find all the products listed by status.

Step 3: Download the On-hand report

Click the “Report” button and then “On hand report”

In this report, you will find all the active products with their on-hand quantity.

Step 3: Download On-hand by category report
Click the “Report” button and then “On hand by category report”

In this report, you will find all the active products listed by category with its on-hand quantity.

Step 4: Download Stock status report

Click the “Report” button and then “Stock status report”

In this report, you will find all the active products with its on hand quantity, cost per each and total cost.

Step 5: Download Unprocessed movements report

Click the “Report” button and then “Unprocessed movements report”

This report show you all the movements that still need to be processed.
