Cancel subscription

In this article, you will learn how to cancel your Swiftcount subscription.

Why you will need this:

You don’t need to manage your inventory anymore? You can cancel your subscription directly from your portal.

What you will need:

A SwiftCount account. Click here to learn how to create a SwiftCount account

Step 1: Go to your profile settings

Click on your name on the header
Click “My profile”

Step 2: Cancel your SwiftCount subscription

Your plan doesn’t fit with your needs anymore? you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan to one that will be better fit your requirements.

Go to the “Billing” tab
Go to “Manage my subscription”
To cancel your subscription, click “Cancel Subscription”

Click “Yes” if you really want to cancel your subscription
