Bulk receive a Purchase Order (PO) to a specific location

In this article, you will learn how to receive all the products of a Purchase Order (PO) to a specific location at once

Why you will need this:

You may want to receive a full purchase order to one location without scanning and assigning each product to a location.

What you will need:

Create/Import a purchase order. Click here to learn how to create/import a purchase order

Step 1: Select the purchase order

Go to the “Orders” module on the left banner
Select the purchase order you want to fulfill to a location
Click “View”

Step 2: Select the location

Click “Fulfill to location”

Click “Edit” to select the location
Click on the location

Click “Ok”

Step 3: Enter the quantity received

Enter the quantity of products received
Click “Save”
