In this article, you will learn how to assign or change a price list to a customer directly from the “Customer Details” screen.

This is an easy and quick way to manage the customer’s price list directly form this screen.

What you will need:

Load the “Customer Detail” screen for the customer. Click here to lear how to locate a specific customer.
Have price lists created and products assigned to them. Click here to learn how to create and to manage price lists.

1- Once the “Customer Details” screen is loaded, click on the “Price” drop down.

If the drop down shows a price list, it means the customer is already assigned to a price list.

2- The drop down lists all the price lists available.

3- Select the price list you want to assign to the customer.

The drop down includes a search box to type and to find a specific price list easily.

4- Once you have selected a price list for the customer, proceed to save the changes by clicking on the save button on top.
