Add new suppliers (from « products »)

In this article, you will learn how to add new suppliers to your SwiftCount account from the « Products » module.

With suppliers in SwiftCount, you can create purchase orders.

Step 1: Select the product you want to assign to a supplier

Click on the “Products” module on the left banner, second module.
Locate the product you want to assign
Click “View”

h2. Step 2: Add new supplier

Go to the “Assigned suppliers” section
Click “Create New Suppliers”

Step 3: Add new supplier information
Fill out the form to add the new suppliers information
Specify the code: your internal identifier for the supplier
Enter the name of your supplier
Add their email address
Add the name of the contact
Click “Create and Close” if you have created all your suppliers or “Create and New” if you want to add more suppliers.

Additional Options:

Click the “Tag” button to add a tag to your supplier (a Tag is a way to group your suppliers with an identifier).
