1. If you wish to re-open a patrol log that has a status of closed click on the ‘Request Re-open’ tab for the relevant patrol log. Your request will be sent to your next highest authority ie: Branch or State Office
2. The Log Status will then display as ‘Request Re-open’.
3. You can also request for a Patrol Log to be deleted. Click on the ‘Request Delete’ tab
4. Request for a Patrol Log deletion will change the log status to read as ‘Request Delete’

*Note: * Once your request for a log to be re-opened has been processed the log will appear with the ‘Open’ Status.
Patrol logs that have been re-opened will only remain open for 7 days before the system automatically closes it again.
