• If a User logs in incorrectly 5 times in one day their account will be locked.
  • If a user locks their account due to 5 incorrect login attempts in one day, but have logged in to Surfguard in the last 3 months, they will be able to reactivate their Surfguard User account via email/SMS

  • Inactive users who have NOT logged in to Surfguard in last 3 months will have to follow the normal process; new Form 49 to be completed, signed off by an authorising officer and submitted to the IT Helpdesk via a Support Ticket
