*This analysis is conducted in alignment with the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) Wetland Water Balance Modelling Guidance, which requires comparison of pre-development and post-development hydroperiods to assess potential hydrologic impacts on wetlands. The objective of such analyses is to ensure that development does not significantly alter the wetland water balance and hydroperiod, thereby protecting ecological function and long-term hydrological stability.
