Data Input and Assumptions

The model requires rain, temperature, evaporation, and groundwater data. For post-development scenarios, no recorded GW data exists. Historically, VO users have used GW data from existing conditions for post-development scenarios, but this approach assumes identical inflows, which is unrealistic due to altered hydrologic conditions.
