The VO Hub interface is designed for accessibility, organization, and collaboration in your hydrologic and hydraulic modelling projects. It consists of four main sections:

1. General Options Section

This section provides tools for managing projects, including:

  • Cloud Projects: Access to all projects stored in the cloud by you.
  • Shared With You: Projects shared by colleagues in your organization.
  • Deleted Projects: View and recover projects that were removed from the cloud (VO keeps the deleted project for one month).
  • Project Creation and Management: Create new projects, import, or export models.
  • Other Utilities: General options to support project management.

2. Recent Projects Section

This section displays a quick list of projects you’ve recently opened, regardless of storage location:

  • Local Projects: Projects stored on your personal computer.
  • Cloud Projects: Projects stored in the cloud, eliminating the need to search for file locations. This feature allows you to resume work quickly and efficiently.

3. News

A dedicated area where Smart City Water (SCW) shares important information, including:

  • New features
  • Software updates
  • Announcements and other relevant content

This ensures you always stay informed about the latest VO developments.

4. VO Projects Section

This section provides a table view of all projects — both your own and those shared by colleagues. Here, you have:

Sorting Options: Sort projects by:

  • Name
  • Modification Date
  • Project Owner
  • Project Type
  • Organization

Toolbar Options (above the table):

  • Upload: Upload the currently open project to the cloud.
  • Refresh: Refresh VO Projects and Recent Projects.
  • Delete: Delete the selected project (only your own cloud projects can be deleted here).
  • Storage Usage: View your cloud storage capacity and how much is currently used.

Context Menu (Right-Click Options):

  • On a Cloud Project: Share Project, Delete, save the project to your local system, or transfer ownership to another user.
  • On a Local Project: View the location of the saved file on your computer.
