1.7.2.4 Password Reset

VO does not allow self-registration. If you don’t have an account, contact your designated license administrator (DLA).

If you are signing in with your DCLM account and:

Forgot Your Password

• Click on Forgot your password?
• You will be redirected to the DataCurrent Forgot Password page to reset your password.

No Account

• If you don’t yet have an account, contact your designated license administrator (DLA).
  

*Important Notes
• You must be registered in the DataCurrent License Management portal (DCLM) to use VO 6.3.
• Self-sign-up is not available.
• Always check your email inbox (and junk folder, if necessary) for the Microsoft verification code when signing in.
