| Define the Purpose and Scope: | Identify the purpose of the business plan and the scope. |
| Conduct Research: | Complete research within the area identify opportunities and risks. |
| Develop the Strategy: | Define the strategy, including how your club will reach its target audience and promote to achieve the plan. |
| Develop the Plan: | Define the operational processes needed to deliver the plan, including logistics, and technology, member levels and equipment requirements. |
| Define the Financial Plan: | Develop a financial plan, including revenue projections, expenses, and funding requirements. |
| Create the Business Plan Document: | Bring all of the elements together into a comprehensive business plan document. |
The plan will need to be reviewed and approved by the relevant committees and members to ensure a transparent process has been taken. Once all consultation has been completed, the plan can commence to be actioned.
