RFID Bands – NFC Scanning in SurfGuard or Nipper Tracker

The most common issue seems to be that when tapping the bands with the device, the user is not switching the NFC button to activate the Near Field Communication functionality that reads the RFID from the band and we are investigating options to make this work better.
