From the OTHER FUNCTIONS menu select Generate Message
From the Communication Generate Message screen there are several templates available along with a Custom/Free Text option.
Select Generate Message
Within the Custom/Free Text template there is a text box to add your 1. Message once complete you can select the 2. SurfGuard Mailing Group the 3. Members of the group will be displayed on the right-hand side. Select 4. Send to Group to distribute the Email or SMS to the selected group
A Success notification will be displayed
A copy of the message will be recorded in the Radio Log available in the Summary screen
