6. Reporting

To extract a report for overall Nipper attendance numbers for a specific date or period, for an age group or collective age groups, following these steps.

Surfguard – Menu – Nippers- Session Admin
1. Change the Date From and To back to last season ie: 01/10/2023 to 31/03/2024
2. Season 2023/24
3. Type: Nippers
4. Age Group – select an age group ie: U6
5. Hit the red search button
Click on Export CSV (located bottom of the page)

To extract a report on actual nipper attendance for a specific nipper session follow these steps.
Surfguard – Menu – Nippers- Session Admin

1. Change the Date From and To back to the appropriate session date
2. Season: select the appropriate season ie: 2024/25
3. Type: Nippers
4. Age Group – select an age group ie: U6
5. Hit the red search button
6. Click on the people icon
