3.2 Committees

To create a Committee Group in Surfguard:

Go to Menu > Organisational Management > Committees

1. Create a name for your Committee
2. Select the positions you require to be on the Committee/Board
3. Tick whether it is a Committee or Board
4. Add
   

To add members to a committee:

1. Click ‘Members’ adjacent to the committee name you wish to action
2. Drag across the members that you wish to add
3. Save
