All clubs need to follow their State’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) when performing ‘end of season’ activities. It is highly recommended that clubs work through the End of Season Checklist to ensure State processes have been followed.
The recommended method to ensure that your membership list is accurate is to go through your list of ‘Active’ members and ensure that only those members who have fulfilled your club’s membership obligations remain as Active 2023/24 registered members.
Support Operations and Lifeguard administrators should perform this function so accurate records of this season’s participants are maintained, and those who did not participate are archived.
