In this screen, you can set the Email box from which all Siemplify emails will be sent to users. This is used in place of the Email integration that was used in previous Releases for Notifications and Reports, etc. Note that the Email Integration still needs to be installed and configured for Playbook Actions.
This should be defined at initial setup.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Advanced > Email Settings.
  2. Fill in the fields as required. Note that the first field – Display Name will be the Sender’s Email name.
  3. Click Test to test the configuration and then click Save.
