Case Close Root Cause

In the Case Close Root Cause screen, you can define root causes for closing a case. These will be used by the analyst when closing a case.

To add a new root cause:

  1. Click the plus icon on the top right of the screen.
  2. Add in the relevant information.
  3. Click Create.
