Siemplify offers full Linux Support (CentOS) for the Remote Agents.

High Availability Support for Publisher
Siemplify now supports HA for Remote Agents by allowing the use of Secondary Publishers in the case of failure. For more information, refer to Set up HA in the Deployment Guide.

Support Custom Integration in Agent
Custom integrations can now be run on remote agents.

Virtual Environment Integration for Agent
For IDE developers, the virtual environment support ensures that there are no conflicts with adding dependencies for customer integrations planned to run on remote sites.

Testing Connectors and Integrations on Remote Agent
In the Marketplace, you can now check connectivity for Integrations installed on the Remote Agent.
Integrations: You can check connectivity by clicking on Test.
Connectors: You can check connectivity by clicking on Test. You can check the Connector is actually bringing back information by clicking on Run Connector Once in the Connectors section of the Siemplify platform.

Case re-transmission mechanism
Remote connectors now uses the ACK mechanism to ensure that no Cases are lost in transmission.

Improved Agent and Publisher Logs
Now, detailed logs on all activity between Siemplify, Publishers and Agents are collected. For full information, refer to Logging in the Deployment Guide.

Customer Bugs

Cannot Run Agent ID #2769
Certain configuration issues that were preventing the Agent from running properly have been fixed in this Release.

Custom Connector not working properly via Remote Agent ID #2502
This issue has been resolved.
