Merge Multiple Cases
Do you have multiple cases that you want to merge? You can navigate to the search page and select the cases and merge them there.
Tags are free! If you want to remember a case or cases, add a tag to them so that you can quickly search for them later or run a report on them.
Change Case Name
Are you looking at a case name that doesn’t make sense? You can adjust how your cases are named in the settings page under Case Data > Case Name.
Have a manual action that you want to make sure your analyst does during an investigation? You can leverage our instruction and flow blocks within a Playbook to provide the analyst with what they need to do and have a confirmation step to capture when the analyst completed it.
Find Action Response
Ran an action but cannot find the response? Don’t worry all actions and their responses are captured on the case wall. Navigate there to find the actions response.
