If you have yet to install ScreenMeet for Support in your Zendesk instance, you can do so by heading to the ScreenMeet for Support app listing on the Zendesk Marketplace, available here. Installing the app will automatically configure your ticket page to allow agents to create ScreenMeet sessions.
