From the ScreenMeet widget located within your Zendesk chat page:

Select ‘Create New Session.’ You will be prompted to choose whether to record the session; toggle to the desired setting and then select ‘Create Session.’

Once your session is created, your end user will be automatically sent a link on your behalf to download the ScreenMeet Support client.

Once the end user has joined the session, the ScreenMeet widget will provide the agent with the option to ‘View Screen.’ The agent will be able to join the session and view the end user’s screen.
