- Within your ServiceNow instance,
- Go to System Applications
- Search ServiceNow Store
- Find in Store
- Search ScreenMeet for ITSM
- Request Try. Once approved, you can begin installation and configuration.
ScreenMeet for ITSM will show under All Available Applications, then you can install. (Install the most recent version of ScreenMeet for ITSM.) Once installed, you will need to configure your cases to have ScreenMeet integrated.
