The agent can escalate permissions to Admin on Windows by requesting UAC permission:

The agent can either request local admin rights, or admin rights to the domain to which the end user’s device is connected. After requesting UAC, the end user is prompted to allow or deny permission.

After the user clicks “Allow,” they are prompted to allow ScreenMeet to reinstall as Admin.

Aftery the user clicks “Yes,” the agent will receive the following notification: “The session is blocked by a windows secure dialog. Please request admin mode via UAC to access secure dialogs.”

Finally, ScreenMeet restarts as a trusted application as indicated below, and the session continues.

Once they UAC permission is granted, there are more shortcuts and tools available to the agent.

Each button launches the respective function on the end-user’s PC.
