The agent can take over the mouse and keyboard on the end user’s device.

To enable this feature, the agent clicks on “Request Remote Control” on the toolbar.

Remote control is requested.

This sends a permission request to the end user’s device where they can deny or allow remote control.

Once the user clicks “Allow,” the remote control feature is now active. (When remote control is on, request laser pointer is disabled.)

The agent can use their mouse and keyboard to take over the remote device. They can open and close applications, input data, etc.

To turn off the remote control feature, the Agent clicks “Remote Control” on the toolbar again.

The end user can also turn off remote control by clicking Stop Remote on the ScreenMeet program window.
