For the end user with the ScreenMeet MSI package installed on their device, you can enter a ScreenMeet support session by performing the following actions:

Navigate to the ScreenMeet Support app and run the program.

A prompt for a session PIN will appear. Provide the PIN code generated by the agent and select ‘Go.’

The next prompt requests permission to share out your screen. Select ‘Allow,’ and this will bridge the session connection to the agent.
