The ScreenMeet MSI package will allow you to keep a persistent copy of the ScreenMeet Support software on the end user’s Windows device. To install the MSI package, navigate to the download link, available here:

Once the download is complete, run the program, and the ScreenMeet Support Setup Wizard will guide you through the brief install process. Recommended install configuration for an IT help desk use case is to install for all users for UAC/admin access purposes.
After the installation is complete, the end user can join sessions by running the program and entering a code provided by a support agent.
