The agent can use their mouse as a laser pointer on the end-user’s remote device. To enable this feature, the agent clicks on request laser pointer.

This prompts the end user to allow or deny permission to turn on the laser pointer.

Once the end-user clicks allow, the laser pointer feature is now active. (When laser pointer is on, remote control cannot be requested)

The agent can use their mouse cursor as a laser pointer on the user’s screen. When the agent clicks their mouse, the laser pointer icon briefly enlarges on the end user’s screen.

To turn off the laser pointer feature, the agent clicks the “Laser Pointer” button on the toolbar again.

The end user can also turn off the laser pointer by clicking “Stop Laser Pointer” on the ScreenMeet program window.
