Invite end-user to the session
The agent has now opened a session and must navigate the end user to start it.
The buttons below the session PIN allow the agent to copy the invite URL or session PIN to their clipboard, and below those buttons are tabs with instructions on how to invite a user based on which platform they’re on.
Once the end-user has successfully navigated to the invite URL, downloaded Screenmeet Support, and installed the program, the agent will be prompted to enter the session.
Clicking the “Enter Session” button will launch a new browser tab where the agent will be able to view the user’s device screen in real time.
