This is due to customization settings from user profile with respect to custom objects.

To resolve, a System Admin navigates to Setup

  1. Setup -> Users -> Profiles -> (Profile Type with the issue)
  2. Object Settings ->ScreenMeet Sessions -> Edit
  3. Field Permission -> Ensure all available boxes are checked (under object permissions)
    (If unable to check all boxes, try cloning profile type and customizing profile from there)
