To enable this feature, as a Salesforce admin, go to “setup” then search for “Custom Settings” and find the item called “ScreenMeet Settings.” Click on “Manage,” Then click on “Edit” to set the organization defaults. From the custom settings screen, enable “User Service Account,” then click “Save”
