When the app was previously installed, it was “installed for all users” – this caused all of the custom permissions to get assigned to all existing profiles in SFDC, which is a salesforce behavior. One of those permissions grants admin-level privileges to the users, and it needs to be removed from the profiles.
To remove this permission:
1. Open an SFDC Profile
2. Go to the “custom permissions” section
3. Remove the permission called “ScreenMeet Group Admin”
4. Make sure the permission “ScreenMeet Agent” remains active for any profiles who should have ScreenMeet Access
5. Please repeat for all profiles in your SFDC instance to make sure that “ScreenMeet Group Admin” is not promiscuously assigned.
