When your group is authenticated via a Salesforce instance, these Custom Permissions are read at authentication and determine the user’s role / permissions within Screenmeet.
|screenmeet.ScreenMeet Agent|| (required) This permission is required to use ScreenMeet.
It will allow a user to create support sessions, and review their own session history via https://console.screenmeet.com
|screenmeet.ScreenMeet Group Admin|| (admins only) This will grant the user the ability to administer ScreenMeet settings associated with the Salesforce instance that they are authenticated from. Should only be granted to a narrow user set. These users will be able to:
• Modify organization-wide settings for support session features such as file transfer, file blacklist, file retention, and recording settings, and others
• view a history of all sessions for the organization
• view a history of all agent logins for the organization
• enter any active screenmeet session for their organization
view organization-wide statistics for their organization
