Administrator View

  • This is the ScreenMeet Console, where you can create and end sessions, view session logs, and adjust permissions/settings for your ScreenMeet integration.

  • If your account is set up as a ScreenMeet Administrator, you have additional options and features under the organization function.
  • The admin has access to:
  • A high-level view of agent activity
  • Session data, logs, and files from the past 90 days
  • Number of files stored in the ScreenMeet cloud
  • Amount of data stored in the ScreenMeet cloud
  • Number of concurrent active sessions
