Add a Sales Item

  1. On the bottom click
  2. Type in the Code
  3. Type in the Description
  4. Set the price per unit
  5. Select the Quantification method, by using the drop-down
  6. Select the Segment, by using the drop-down
  7. Select Yes or No for Stock Item
    1. If yes is selected, total stock is activated and needs to be set
  8. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating saving was successful
    3. The Sales Item is in the list
    4. The save button is deactivated

Modify a Sales Item

  1. Change the desired fields directly in the list/matrix
    1. the Code can not be changed
    2. The save button is activated after the first change
  2. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating saving was successful
    3. The save button is deactivated

Deactivating a Sales Item

  1. Click the trashcan at the end of the Sales Item that needs to be deactivated
    1. The Sales Item is removed from the list
  2. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating saving was successful
    3. The save button is deactivated
    4. The deactivated Sales Item is now under ‘inactive’

(Re-) activating a Sales Item

  1. Select ‘Inactive’ to display the inactive Payment Types
  2. Click the reload icon at the end of the Payment type that needs to be activated
    1. The Payment Type is removed from the list
  3. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The save button is deactivated
    3. The activated Payment Type is now under ‘active’

Add a Sales Item Segment

  1. On the bottom click
  2. Type in the Code
  3. Type in the Description
  4. Select the VAT Code, by using the drop-down
  5. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    1. The save button is deactivated
    2. The Sales Item Segment is in the list

Modify a Sales Item Segment

  1. Change the Description or VAT Code directly in the list
    1. the Code can not be changed
    2. The save button is activated after the first change
  2. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The save button is deactivated

Deactivating a Sales Item Segment

  1. Click the trashcan at the end of the Sales Item Segment that needs to be deactivated
    1. The Segment is removed from the list
  2. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The save button is deactivated
    3. The deactivated Segment is now under ‘inactive’
