Adding a Country

  1. Click the link
    1. A blank Country is shown in the right screen (title of the page = New Country)
  2. Set the desired Code
  3. Set the desired Name
  4. Set the desired Local Name
    1. Can be the same as ‘Name’
  5. Select the Currency, by using the drop-down
    1. Only loaded and active Currencies are listed.
  6. Select a Country group, by using the drop-down
    1. This is optional
    2. Management is done under Country groups
  7. Click ‘Save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating saving was successful
    3. The Country is closed
    4. The new Country is added to the list under ‘active’

Editing a Country

  1. In the list, click the Country that needs editing
    1. The details are shown in the right part of the screen (title of the page = the name of the Country)
  2. Change the required fields
    1. The Code can be changed, but it is strongly advised to keep the two letter code as this is the international standard
  3. Click ‘save’
    1. The changes are saved
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating saving was successful
    3. The Country is closed

Deactivating a Country

  1. In the list, click the Country that needs to be deactivated
    1. The details are shown in the right part of the screen (title of the page = the name of the Country)
  2. On the bottom click ‘Deactivate’
    1. The PMS shows a warning and asks for confirmation
  3. In the warning box, click ‘yes’
    1. The warning box is closed
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating deactivation was successful
    3. The Country is deactivated and only visible in the list when ‘inactive’ is selected

Reactivating a Country

  1. In the list, select ‘inactive’
    1. All deactivated Countries are displayed
  2. Click the Country that need to be activated
    1. The details are shown in the right part of the screen (title of the page = the name of the Country)
  3. On the bottom click ‘Activate’
    1. The PMS shows a warning and asks for confirmation
  4. In the warning box, click ‘yes’
    1. The warning box is closed
    2. The PMS shows a green bar on top, indicating deactivation was successful
    3. The Country is closed and only visible in the list when ‘active’ is selected
