The Reporting page offers quick access to the Reports as offered in the PMS.
The reports avaialble are to be accessed by clicking the button:
|Invoice||Link that opens the Invoices report||The Invoice report offers an overview of all closed invoices (both debit and credit)|
|Cashier||Link that opens the Cashier Report||The Cashier report offers an overview of all Sales and Payments per day|
The bottom part of the screen displays the statistics, to get a quick overview of the hotel’s performance.
- Next to the date, use the arrows to proceed or go back 1 day. The date range and it’s stats will be adjusted accordingly
- Per day 5 performance indicators are displayed and always calculated with the data that is available at the time the page is loaded (so up to date):
Name Description Remarks Expected Arrivals Number of room reservations expected to arrive the number is for the specific day, counted are the individual rooms Expected Departure Number of room reservations expected to departure the number is for the specific day, counted are the individual rooms Left to sell Number of rooms left to sell the number is for the specific day Occupancy Percentage indicating the level of occupied rooms the percentage is per day and calculated like this : number of occupied rooms / total amount of sell able rooms er day BAR the best rate that is available displayed per day, the BAR is the lowest rate and does not take the Room Type into account
