2. Accessing the Demo System 0:12


How to access the Demo System:

  • In the demo system, locate the account of Fiona Agents.
  • Note that her email address is displayed.

3. Managing Multiple Listings 0:23


Fiona has:

  • A support service listing (company listing) using the same email address.
  • Access to manage Jenny’s account as well.

4. Logging In to Accounts 0:44


To log in, Fiona enters her email address and the password for any of her accounts.

5. Selecting an Account to Edit 0:56


After logging in, Fiona will be prompted to choose which account she wants to edit:

  • Blue Bolt account
  • Her crew profile
  • Jenny’s profile

She selects the desired profile to make changes.
