The RS-Directory module allows you to send emails to individuals or small groups and create templates for frequently sent messages. Additionally, for specific purposes, such as onboarding new registrants or sending annual reminders, we do offer a mass email option. These are typically scheduled during off-peak hours and can include user login credentials only available from within RS to improve response rates.

Using Dedicated Email Platforms

However, please note that we are not a custom email service provider. For visually engaging newsletters and large-scale communications to internal contacts, we recommend using dedicated platforms like Constant Contact, Emma, Intuit Mailchimp, or SurveyMonkey. These services offer more robust design features and ensure compliance with mass email regulations. To use these platforms, you can simply export your email lists from the RS-Contacts and or RS-Directory modules.
